These terms describe ordering through ecflow.shop, operated by Matthieu Kusters under the ECFLOW ENERGY store name. Read the product details and linked policies before placing an order.
Products and retailer role
ECFLOW ENERGY sells portable power stations, solar-generator bundles, boilers and tankless water heaters as an online retailer. Manufacturer names identify the makers of the products. They do not mean ECFLOW ENERGY manufactures the products or has an authorised-dealer relationship. We use supplier-direct fulfilment; our suppliers store and dispatch the products.
Product selection and installation
Check the exact model, included components, capacity, connections and compatibility before purchase. For heating and hot-water equipment, have a qualified installer confirm fuel configuration, sizing, venting and installation requirements. Follow manufacturer instructions and applicable installation and safety rules. Product specifications can change; contact us when a detail needs confirmation.
Prices and payment
Published product prices are in United States dollars (USD). Checkout shows any applicable tax, delivery charge, discount and the final amount before payment. Use only the payment options offered for your order. Payment approval alone does not establish that an order has been accepted. If an error or availability issue prevents acceptance, we will contact you; money collected for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Order acceptance and changes
Orders depend on payment approval, product availability, a valid delivery address and fulfilment eligibility. We may need more information to process an order. Contact us promptly about cancellation or address changes; changes may not be possible after dispatch. We will explain any order issue and the applicable options.
Shipping and delivery
Eligible US orders receive free standard shipping. Estimated handling is 1–2 business days and transit is 5–7 business days, totaling 6–9 business days. Handling and transit days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. The order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Our return window is 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind goods must be new, unused and uninstalled and meet the stated conditions. The customer arranges and pays change-of-mind return shipping. We charge no restocking fee and do not offer exchanges. Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after receipt of the return, including inspection. Follow the Returns & Refunds policy and contact us before sending a return.
Manufacturer warranties
Navien manufacturer warranty: Navien states that consumer purchases through internet or other e-commerce channels void its warranty. ECFLOW ENERGY does not include a Navien manufacturer warranty with these online consumer purchases. Read Navien’s published resale policy. This does not restrict remedies under our Returns & Refunds policy or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Warranty coverage for other manufacturers depends on the exact product, region, sales channel and documentation. Contact us before purchase for the relevant terms. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website use and third-party services
Provide accurate order information and use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or access another customer’s information. Shopify, payment providers, carriers and linked manufacturer websites operate their own services under their applicable terms. Manufacturer marks and documents belong to their respective owners.
Privacy and updates
See our Privacy Policy for information handling and privacy requests. We may update these terms and publish a revised date. Updates do not retroactively change an accepted order unless agreed with you or required by law. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
