Currency and total price
Product prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Standard shipping is free for eligible US destinations. Checkout shows available services, applicable taxes, discounts and the final total before you submit payment. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction charges.
Available methods
Use the payment methods actually offered for your order at checkout. Options can vary by device, location, browser and order. We do not promise that every card brand or digital wallet is supported. Any method names or icons displayed by the store are drawn from Shopify’s enabled-method list.
Secure checkout
Complete payment through our official Shopify-powered checkout, starting from https://ecflow.shop. Shopify states that its platform is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords or banking credentials by email, phone or our contact form.
Payment approval and declined payments
Authorisation or charging depends on the payment provider and checkout configuration. An authorisation does not guarantee order acceptance. Contact your bank or payment provider about a decline or pending authorisation; ECFLOW ENERGY cannot override their approval decision. Check your billing information before retrying a payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive the return, with inspection included in that period. A payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy for eligibility and conditions.
